Cara teaches all levels of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Dharma Mittra Yoga (a classical hatha style) and vinyasa flow. She is available for private and workplace lessons, and teaches regularly at Sweet Pea's Studio, YogaNow, and area health clubs. Click here for her schedule.
